1. Service quality issues
If a service was not supplied, was materially different from the confirmed scope or was materially defective, use the Refund and Cancellation Policy and report the issue within the stated period. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the remedy may include re-performance, correction, replacement personnel, a proportionate price reduction or a refund.
2. Materials and physical items supplied by a provider
If a Service Provider independently supplies a physical item or consumable as part of a Booking, the provider must disclose its price, specifications, warranty, return conditions and any return-shipping cost before acceptance. The provider is the seller of that item unless checkout clearly identifies Zatrium or another party as seller. Mandatory rights for defective, counterfeit, unsafe, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods remain unaffected.
3. Future marketplace goods
If Zatrium later enables standalone purchases of goods, the relevant product page and seller policy must state the seller identity, return or exchange period, eligibility, exclusions, condition requirements, warranty, return shipping, pickup and refund timing. Zatrium will update this Policy before launching that feature. Until then, this Policy must not be read as an offer by Zatrium to sell goods.
4. Non-returnable categories
No item will be treated as non-returnable where law requires a remedy. If goods are introduced, hygiene-sensitive, personalised, perishable, used or digital items may be excluded from change-of-mind returns only when that exclusion is clearly disclosed before purchase and is lawful.
